How can I change my delivery address?
Contact our customer service immediately after placing your order. Address changes are only possible before your order is shipped.
What happens if I'm not available for delivery?
Our delivery agent will attempt delivery 3 times. After that, your package will be returned to our warehouse and you'll need to contact us to reschedule delivery.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes, we deliver on Saturdays from 10 AM to 4 PM. Sunday deliveries are available in Lagos for an additional fee.
Can I pick up my order from your store?
Yes! Select "Store Pickup" during checkout and collect your order from our Akure store. You'll receive an SMS when your order is ready for pickup.
