6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in original packaging. Defective products are covered under our warranty. For complete details, please see our Returns Policy.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

8. Warranty

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of EasyEase Ultimate or its content suppliers and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasyEase Ultimate and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of our services, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Akure, Ondo State.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
